Intro

"Minnano Kotae" (hereinafter "the App") is a party game app for friends and family. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled in the App.

1 Information We Collect

Information collected:

• Text entered by the user when using the AI Topic Suggestion feature — used solely to make requests to the Anthropic API; not stored on our servers

Information we do NOT collect:

• Personal identifiers such as name, email address, or phone number
• Location data (GPS, etc.)
• Access to contacts, photos, camera, or microphone
• Apple ID or social media account information
• Advertising identifiers (IDFA) or device unique identifiers (not collected in current version v1.0)

2 How We Use Information

Information collected (text entered during AI feature use) is used solely for the following purpose:

• Providing AI-generated topic suggestions for the game

We do not use collected information for marketing, profiling, behavioral tracking, or any other purpose.

3 Third-Party Services

■ Anthropic API (AI Feature)

The App uses the API of Anthropic to provide the topic suggestion feature. Text entered during AI feature use is sent to Anthropic's servers. This text is not stored on our servers, but is processed according to Anthropic's data policies. Please refer to Anthropic's Privacy Policy for details.

■ Advertising

The current version (v1.0) does not serve ads, and no advertising SDK is implemented.

■ Analytics / Crash Reporting

The App currently does not use any third-party analytics tools or crash reporting SDKs.

4 Data Storage and Security

• Player names and scores are held temporarily in device memory (RAM) only
• All game data is deleted when the App is closed
• No data is stored or transmitted to external servers (except text sent during AI feature use)
• The App does not save personal data to iCloud backups

5 Children's Privacy

The App is rated 4+ and is suitable for all ages, including children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

For Parents and Guardians: The App includes an AI Topic Suggestion feature that sends user-entered text to Anthropic's servers. If a child under 13 uses the AI feature, please ensure they do so under parental supervision. Use of the AI feature is optional — the game can be enjoyed without it.

6 Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:

• Japan (APPI): Right to disclosure, correction, deletion, and suspension of use of personal data
• EU/EEA (GDPR): Right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection
• California (CCPA): Right to know, delete, and opt-out of the sale of personal information

7 Changes to This Policy

This Policy may be updated from time to time. For significant changes — such as introducing advertising or new data collection — we will notify users in advance through an app update and by updating this page.

The updated Policy takes effect as of the date it is posted on this page. Please review this Policy periodically to stay informed of any changes.

8 Governing Law

This Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes relating to this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
